Cloudpals is committed to keeping the platform safe and does not permit any form of child sexual abuse or exploitation. This policy applies to all users, profiles, messages, uploads, comments, and other activity on Cloudpals.
Cloudpals is an adults-only platform. Users must be 18 years of age or older.
Cloudpals maintains a strict zero-tolerance approach to child sexual abuse material (CSAM), grooming, sexual extortion, trafficking, and any content or behavior that sexualizes or exploits minors. Any confirmed or suspected CSAE violation may result in immediate enforcement without warning.
Users must not post, share, request, store, promote, or link to content that depicts or facilitates sexual abuse or exploitation of minors. Users must not engage in grooming, coercion, blackmail, sexual solicitation of minors, or attempts to move minors to off-platform channels for exploitative purposes.
Users can report suspected CSAE by using in-app reporting tools or by emailing support@softwarefuturism.co.uk with the subject line "CSAE Report". To help us act quickly, include available details such as usernames, message IDs, timestamps, URLs, and screenshots. Users can also block accounts in-app to stop contact immediately. Cloudpals prioritizes child-safety reports and may issue temporary restrictions while a review is in progress.
Cloudpals uses layered safety controls that may include automated detection signals, user reports, hash or matching technologies where available, and trained human moderation. We may remove content, limit account functionality, disable messaging, or suspend access pending safety review. Moderation decisions are based on available evidence and severity, and we work to reduce repeat abuse through account and device-level safeguards where legally permitted.
Cloudpals may remove violating content, suspend or permanently terminate accounts, block related accounts, and limit access to platform features. Severe or repeated violations may result in permanent bans and referral to applicable authorities. In high-risk situations, Cloudpals may act before completing a full review to prevent potential harm.
Cloudpals reports and escalates CSAE matters in line with applicable law and lawful process. For U.S.-nexus matters where required, Cloudpals submits reports to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) CyberTipline and preserves associated records for the legally required period, including at least 1 year for applicable U.S. CyberTipline reports and longer when lawfully requested. Cloudpals cooperates with law enforcement, child protection authorities, and courts in the U.S., UK, EU, and other jurisdictions as required by law.
UK: Cloudpals applies this policy in support of duties under the UK Online Safety Act and related Ofcom requirements, including proportionate systems to detect and mitigate illegal content and maintain records as required.
EU (including France and Spain): Cloudpals applies notice-and-action handling consistent with the EU Digital Services Act (DSA), including review of notices, decisions on reported content, and a user complaint path where applicable. Cloudpals also cooperates with competent authorities and Digital Services Coordinators.
U.S.: Cloudpals complies with applicable federal and state legal requirements for reporting, preservation, and law-enforcement response.
Global: Where local law imposes stricter child-safety obligations than this policy, Cloudpals follows the stricter applicable legal requirement.
Users may request review of moderation or enforcement actions through support@softwarefuturism.co.uk. Where legally required (including under the EU DSA when applicable), Cloudpals provides an internal complaint-handling path for eligible moderation decisions. The same email serves as Cloudpals' child-safety contact point for users and competent authorities.
If a child is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services immediately. Cloudpals may update this policy to reflect legal, regulatory, or operational changes. Material updates are effective once published with a revised date.
