What is Cloudpals?

Cloudpals is a premium language exchange community where you can find language partners (Pals), share your learning journey in The Cloud, and improve your language skills through authentic interaction.

How do I find a language partner?

Head to the "Search" tab or use "Matchmaking" (Discovery) to find users who speak the language you want to learn and are learning the language you speak natively.

What are Gold Member benefits?

Gold Members enjoy unlimited likes, rewinds, advanced filters, see who viewed their profile, and an ad-free experience.

How does Language Cred (Score) work?

You earn Language Cred by being an active and helpful member of the community. Helping others with their target language through comments and chat increases your score.

Is my location shared with others?

We only use your location to help you find nearby language partners. You can control your location visibility in Settings > Visibility.

What does it mean that Search/feed/profile visibility may include both teen and adult accounts for eligible users?

It means discovery surfaces can show both teen (13-17) and adult (18+) accounts to users who can access those surfaces under account status, block, and visibility controls.

It does not mean unrestricted cross-age contact. New teen/adult private one-to-one interactions are restricted, including new direct messaging, accepting message requests that would open a new private channel, gifting, and matchmaking initiation. Adult-to-teen commenting on teen-owned content is also rate-limited per item.
