By accessing or using Cloudpals, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and all applicable laws and regulations.
Cloudpals is strictly for adults. You must be at least 18 years old to create or use an account and must provide accurate age information. Accounts suspected to belong to users under 18 may be restricted, suspended, or permanently terminated pending verification.
You agree to use Cloudpals only for lawful purposes related to language learning. You are prohibited from posting offensive, discriminatory, or harmful content, and from harassing other users.
Child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) content and behavior are strictly prohibited. This includes CSAM, grooming, sexual solicitation of minors, trafficking, and any attempt to exploit minors on or off platform. You must report suspected violations immediately. Our full child-safety rules are set out in the CSAE Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
Cloudpals Gold is a premium subscription service. Payments will be charged to your app store account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled.
You retain ownership of the content you post on Cloudpals. However, by posting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, modify, and display that content.
Cloudpals may investigate, remove, restrict, or disable content or accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law. Where required by law (including EU DSA obligations where applicable), Cloudpals provides notice of moderation decisions and a process for eligible appeals or complaints.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to the service at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms.
Cloudpals may preserve and disclose information where required by law, lawful request, or to protect users, children, or the public. This includes cooperation with regulators, law enforcement, and child-protection authorities in the UK, U.S., EU, and other jurisdictions.
